Do Not Use Chrome or IE 10+ When Working in iRIS

iRIS is extremely incompatible with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer version 10 and above. 

The CHR has had reports of serious issues resulting from use of these browsers, including irretrievable loss of data (even after saving) and the disappearance of key buttons in iRIS. These issues have been reported to the vendor, and we are working on a solution.  

At this time, please only use these browsers when working in IRIS:

  • Internet Explorer 9 or below
  • Safari
  • Firefox
