What is happening?
A new version of the IRB application form is being published in iRIS on September 14th, and iRIS users must not be in the system while this takes place.
How does this affect you?
Please plan to save your work and log out of iRIS before 7:30 PM on Wednesday 9/14, then wait for an email announcement from the IRB before logging back in.
Your work may be lost if you continue to use iRIS while the update is being published, and we will not be able to recover it.

Once the new application version is available in iRIS, the IRB will send a bulletin including:
- Summary of application form changes
- Instructions regarding which studies do/do not need to use the new application form
