The Continuing Review Form in iRIS has been updated to a new version. Please see the December 7th bulletin for a summary of changes to the form.
Which studies will be affected?
This change impacts studies that have an annual continuing review requirement. Look up your study in iRIS; If it has an expiration date, then it requires continuing review.
- If you have already started a continuing review submission in iRIS, it is likely on the old version of the form. That is fine. The IRB will still accept submissions on the old form version.
- If you start your continuing review submission today onward, iRIS will provide you with the new version of the Continuing Review Form. The old version is no longer available.
What actions must the study team take?
None. iRIS will automatically provide you with the correct Continuing Review Form.
